Quartermaster waterfront renovation

KMS polished this waterfront gem with a refreshed entry, kitchen, bath and laundry room remodel. A covered breezeway with clear cedar soffit and post wraps, tasteful hardscaping and an Ironwood boardwalk opens into new hardwood plank floors and a fully remodeled kitchen with custom cabinetry. The addition of 3 new French doors open up the view and give improved access to the exterior deck, while the new stone fireplaces (including a mounted television) added beauty and warmth to the interior spaces. Newly reconfigured bathrooms with floating glass shower doors and exquisite tiling complete the project.

Reddings Beach Residence

KMS built this 3,000 square foot, 3-story residence from the ground up. The home features a daylight basement, outdoor shower, bespoke kitchen with a black walnut island and custom stone counters, stone wrapped fireplace and oversize guillotine wood-burning stove, with clear fir beam wraps and clear fir cedar soffit throughout. The exterior boasts beautiful stone walkways and hardscaping, an ironwood deck with cable railings, and a breezeway that connects to a 2-car garage.
