Kevin has loved building since he was 15 years old, when he began working as an apprentice to one of Vashon Island’s most creative and skilled builders. In the years that followed, Kevin learned the trade working for both smaller independent builders and large general contractors, honing his skills and gaining experience in all aspects of building and renovation. In 2018 he formed KMS Construction, a Vashon Island-based home building and remodeling company serving the Puget Sound region.
Unlike most builders who show up to give you a bid then never show their face again, when you hire KMS for your project, you’re hiring the owner, who brings all his skills, knowledge, experience and passion to bear on your project.
